The Rifle & Carbine Fundamentals course teaches the basic knowledge and skills necessary for the safe and effective use of an AR15-style rifle. Students will gain a solid understanding of rifle shooting fundamentals which will serve as the foundation for building confidence and efficiency with their firearm. The class will cover proper stance and hand positioning, recoil management, proper usage of the sights, and trigger control. Students will learn to shoot a rifle in multiple positions from various distances with targets ranging in difficulty. Class duration is approximately 3 hours. Ear and eye protection will be provided.
ROUND COUNT: 200
Equipment Required: Rifle with sights (i.e. dot, scope, iron sights), Ammunition, and 2 magazines
Class Minimum: 4 students
Note: All courses require payment at the time of registration. If the course is canceled for any reason by FFT, a full refund will be issued. In all other cases, payment is non-refundable.
